Subscriptions and billing
Meal plans are billed monthly in advance for 26 delivery days (Monday–Saturday). Absences reported before 9:30 AM on the delivery day are credited to the next cycle rather than refunded.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates confirmed at subscription and may shift on public holidays or due to weather. We deliver to the areas listed on our Contact page; addresses outside our coverage may incur an additional charge or be declined.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription with 3 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Unused prepaid days are credited or refunded at our discretion.
